• Complete transactions in good faith

6. Transactions

Bukubekas facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to transactions. All transactions are between users directly. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell items or buyers to pay for them.

7. Disputes

If a dispute arises between users, we encourage parties to resolve it directly. Bukubekas may, but is not obligated to, assist in dispute resolution. Our decision in any dispute is final.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bukubekas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
